Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards
* Electrostatic buildup can be generated in rubber cured products, specific grounding and bonding of product handling equipment is recommended (if applicable)
* Avoid concentrations of airborne dust particulate that can develop into an explosive condition
* Rubber burns with intense heat and produces dense smoke. During an uncontrolled fire, incomplete combustion occurs which releases oil, soot, (carbon black) and a range of hydrocarbon pyrolysis products.

Toxicological information is not available for this product. This health assessment is based on the information available for the ingredients used in manufacturing cured rubber products

* Inadvertent heating of products to temperatures in excess of 200 C (392F) may release vapors that are irritating to the eyes, lungs, and skin.

* Anyone afflicted with chronic respiratory disorders may be adversely impacted by exposure to fumes or airborne particles (nuisance dust) of cured rubber.
