Sport Flec Rubber Matting Surface
FLEC SPORT SURFACING is a non-laminated, one-piece floor covering consisting of polymerically bound recycled rubber with colored EPDM (highest quality colored rubber) granules and pigmented SBR (Styrene Butile Rubber). Available in rolls or sheets, Sport Flec is offered in thicknesses from 5/16" to 3/4".

Sport Flec is suitable for both interior and exterior applications and is ideal for surfacing areas that require resilience, sound absorption, spike resistance and traction. The 100% rubber Sport Flec is available in a range of colors and is specially designed and manufactured for durability.

    DURABLE offers superior durability. High strength binders, similar to those used in synthetic running tracks are used in its construction. Sport Flec is manufactured completely within the United states from premium recycled black rubber particles and colored EPDM rubber pieces (highest quality colored rubber). Each piece is specifically designed and manufactured for durability.

    MULTI-FEATURED services many needs at once. It can be used in either indoor or outdoor applications and features resilient shock and sound absorbing qualities, spike resistance and excellent traction and anti-skid properties. It also serves as an effective buffer against acoustical vibration.

    AESTHETIC is available in a variety of colors in percentages from 10-20% or completely black. The colored particles are homogeneously mixed throughout the entire product and have no chance of wearing away. The vibrant colors are perfect for dramatic interior solutions and exterior accents.

    VERSATILE product is available in 48" widths and lengths up to 75 feet, allowing for ease in application. Simply roll out to the desired length and cut to fit. Sheets are available in 4' x 6' 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" thicknesses. These mats can be used as single sheets for area protection or as an entire flooring system.

    RESILIENT is fabricated from thousands of tiny rubber granules and offers superior underfoot comfort and resilience. Its resilient properties cushion the shock from running, exercising, or walking.

    HIGH TRACTION provides excellent traction, even when wet.

    EASY CLEAN Indoor cleaning involves a broom, damp mop or vacuum cleaner. Outside, a water hose, leaf blower or broom is sufficient. If desired, a mild detergent cleaner can be used to sanitize Sport Flec.

    CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Unaffected by most acids and chlorine. Resistant to oil, gasoline, most solvents, caustics, mold, mildew, water, ozone, and abrasive aging. Retards development of bacteria.

    Installation Tips
    Sport Flec can be installed easily over nearly any smooth surface including concrete, asphalt, wood, or tile. No special tools are required. Indoor applications require some adhesive to hold the rubber in place. Outdoor installations require complete adhesion
