All Rubber Mat Products are shipped flat on Pallets.
There are two method basically for delivered price.

Commercial Delivery: trucks are off loaded by the customer at a dock, with forklifts or by other common commercial receiving methods. Commercial delivery generally occurs Monday through Friday where employees are present to off-load material at the destination.

Non Commercial Deliveries: As each non commercial delivery will probably be unique, many things go into setting these up for shipments. Things to think about are. Will pallet jacks, lift gates and smaller trucks be necessary? Will there be someone there to meet the delivery or will a shipping delivery need to be scheduled by phone. Non commercial deliveries can include schools, farms and many types of industry and business not located in industrial areas. Out of the way areas and some types of products will sometimes be required to be hand unloaded. So the more information we have on your particular situation and requirements the more accurate we can quote you delivered pricing.

Warehouse Pickups: all warehouse facilities are trans loading concerns. They are not open to the public and require scheduling to pick up material, that is why we do not list addresses for these but rather the cities that they are located in. Hours for will calls or customer pick ups are generally Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.  Warehouse pickups usually take a day or two to co-ordinate and confirm, pallets are sometimes broken open to supply less than pallet quantities and a $45.00 charge will apply to all broken pallet quantities & split pallets due to weight and loading restriction were required.

Samples: Our normal rule of thumb is to quote you a delivered pricing to see if the product first fits into your range of budget for project or application. If Product, Price and delivery schedule work out for you and all that is needed to confirm order is a sample piece we get those out right away.

Shipping Quotes: each product is different and may require additional information from our customers to ensure we are quoting as per your needs. As you can surmise we get a lot of requests each day from all over the world. We work as quick as we can to get our customers their quotes back as fast as we can. Most quotes are back to you that same day. Some can take a few days depending on the shipping complexity of each potential order.
