The HC Cone offers safety for the children as well as the Cross Guard.
The HC Cone is lightweight, highly visible and easy for the Cross Guard to handle without diverting his or her attention from the children or the traffic.
When the final school bell rings little else matters to a young child except getting home. Thoughts turn to after school activities and the few seconds that the child spends in the cross walk could spell disaster if a distracted motorist is not alerted to the situation.
Cross Guards have an awesome responsibility to control dozens of students converging on the cross walk at one time.
Our HC (Hand Carry) Cone will provide an extra margin of visibility for the Cross Guard as well as forcing the motorist to slow down and negotiate the lane created by the HC Cone in the center of the cross walk.
